These general terms and conditions govern the online sale of printed publications (books, postcards, catalogues, etc.) to consumers located in Belgium and the European Union.

3. Products

The products offered are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering, accompanied by non-binding descriptions and visuals. ATELIER 34 ZERO MUZEUM is not liable for any errors or omissions.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges are indicated before order confirmation. Prices may be changed at any time, without retroactive effect.

5. Order

Any order placed through the website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation is sent by email after payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or unavailability.

6. Payment

Payments are secured via Mollie. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. ATELIER 34 ZERO MUZEUM never has access to customer banking information.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Estimated delivery times:

Belgium: 3 to 7 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically. Delays do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. To exercise this right, contact us at info@atelier34zero.be.

Refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt. Used or damaged items will not be refunded.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email within 7 days of receipt. In case of damaged product or error, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. It is only used to process your order and is never resold.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the French-speaking courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
